Currently this fast-growing SaaS Start-up finds itself in the prologue of a phenomenal success. They are hard at work to shake up and completely revamp the entire sustainability industry. While still quite young, this organization has built its ideas and proposition on a foundation that’s decades in the making. The market research is done, the demand is at an all-time high, the platform is ready to see the light. Its go-time!
 
Due to their unique concept that’s looking to fill a large gap and a clear roadmap and well thought out strategy, they have been able to secure reliable and long-term funding to bring their dreams to life. Right now, the company is 6 professionals strong, but are looking double that before year’s end, with many more growth spurts planned further down the line in the European and US regions. Together with this team you will build and manage the highly innovative e-commerce platform for all to see within the market!

Your new job: The (Product) Marketing Manager that’s going to put this international SaaS start-up on the map!

The first 12 months as Product Marketing Manager will be divided between two phases, the first 6 months of which will be focused on shaping and defining the definitive brand proposition and go-to-market strategy. Rest assured, the market fit, target audience, competition have all been thoroughly researched already. It’s up to you however to ensure the top of the bill go-to-market strategy can be properly executed and the campaigns reach the proper audiences. You will take the lead and collaborate with the stakeholders, who can make their resources available according to your plans.
 
The next phase will be dedicated to the execution and roll-out of your go-to-market strategy. You will get to work with the fruits of your efforts throughout the prior 6 months and make it happen! Here lies the beautiful challenge that requires a broad and well-defined skillset; you are the one that’s both brand- and performance driven that can get the job done both on a strategic and hands-on level.
 
Together with various agencies and a continuously growing team you will be creating the foundation on which rests the to-be marketing machine. The goal of which is to create a lead-gen machine that will enable you to scale up on a global level. First off is Europe, then the US, but after that you are only limited by your own imagination.
 
During the first couple of chapters the product will predominantly have a B2B focus, but in the long term you will start working on adding a cutting edge B2C proposition to the formula as well. During these B2B chapters you will focus on the digital marketing persona’s, content strategy and the marketing automation. In order to do so you will use your prior experience in stacks such as Pardot, Marketo or Hubspot.
 
The more advanced and ‘’mature’’ your marketing machine becomes, the more you will be able to shift towards a strategy focused role, but being able to construct the foundation is something that gets you fired up like nothing else. First stop: conquering Europe, second stop: conquering the US, next stop: world market leadership!

Ass (Product) Marketing Manager we need the following from you:

  • Experience within a SaaS and tech environment
  • Experience within a start-up is a big plus
  • Both hands-on and strategic experience
  • Experience with B2B marketing and Marketing Automation (Pardot, Marketo or Hubspot)
  • Fluent proficiency in English
