This scale-up has focused its endeavors on helping businesses around the globe reduce their carbon footprint for over the past decade. As time has passed companies have gained an increased awareness on the impact they make with their carbon emissions, and what was once a ‘’having to’’ has slowly turned in a ‘’wanting to’’.

The reduction of the carbon emission, together with renewable energy, energy efficiency and Fuels and Feedstock form the four main focus areas for this scale-up. Today over 200 passionate employees in 4 offices across the world are active in every continent, in well over 30 countries, for well over 5.000 clients!

This team of over 200 people worldwide has seen an incredible growth throughout the past few years, made possible with their hard work. With continuous investments into their R&D department they have managed to create many more possibilities and business opportunities for the years to come.

The teams are composed of a mix of over 40 different nationalities with an average age of around 35 years old. One of which is your manager; someone with a very successful background in both HRM and marketing, ready to lift both you and the organization to the next level!

As Product Marketeer B2B you will have a strong focus on content marketing. The marketing ‘’machine’’ in its current form has only been around for the past 2 years. Before those 2 years they relied solely on their talented sales department, but after discovering the powerful potential of marketing they have found another ‘’golden ticket’’. On one hand this means that they have been able to make an incredible number of things possible in such a short period of time, on the other hand this means that there is still an enormous amount of potential for further improvements. This is where you will be focusing your efforts!

Within the organization you will be part of the ‘’emissions’’ division. An incredible amount of data is already available to work with. It will be your responsibility to take stock of the data at your disposal, know what is relevant for the ‘’emissions’’ division, know what content is already available and what gaps still need to be filled, what the best way to present your products to the market will be, which channels to use, what demographics to target and so on. Plenty of things to do!

You will be the link between the business and the marketing department for this product group. You will be gathering all of the information mentioned above throughout the business, which means your stakeholder management abilities are on point.

Of course, you won’t be facing this task just by yourself. You will collaborate with your team of 5 marketing professionals, composed of your manager, one copywriter, two graphic designers, one product marketeer with a focus on a different market, and soon to be you. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Your role will be mainly focused on the strategy, but at the same time you will have no issue with rolling up your sleeves and partaking in the hands-on execution. Together with your team you will ensure that your organization and division will be at the forefront of everyone’s mind around the world. Your combined efforts will generate sales qualified leads made possible with your cutting-edge upgrades and improvements to the aforementioned marketing ‘’machine’’.
